Waiver Forms
All paddlers are required to sign a Waiver form before each race they compete in.
- Please ensure each crew member signs the waiver form.
- No crew will be allowed to race until we have the fully signed waiver form.
- No crew will be allowed to race until we have the signed Support Boat Waiver form.
